We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nasnari.ie. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work under Irish and EU consumer law.

1. Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)

If you bought online and simply ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to let us know you wish to return it. You then have another 14 days to send it back.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition, with its original packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one).
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the product price and the original standard delivery charge (if applicable) within 14 days.
  • We may withhold the refund until the item has arrived back with us.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered parts
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Items that have been fitted, modified, or used
  • Perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or hazardous goods

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email sales@nasnari.ie within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email sales@nasnari.ie with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Send the item securely packaged to:

  3. We recommend using a tracked service; we can’t accept responsibility for lost parcels.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times can vary.

6. Exchanges

We don’t operate a direct exchange service. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct part.


In short: If you ordered the wrong part – no problem, just send it back in new condition and we’ll refund you. Return postage is on you. If it’s our mistake or the item’s faulty – we’ll sort it, no hassle.
